My baby looked uncomfortable in it, if that makes sense. It just didn’t seem very cozy or easy for them to settle into, so it wasn’t a good fit for us.

The packaging was really bad. The box showed up ripped and smashed, like really smashed, and the item inside looked like it had been tossed around the whole way here. I’m not happy with how it arrived.

I don’t know, the product just looked a lot nicer in the listing than it did when it showed up. At first I had to look back at the description and photos to make sure it was even the same thing, because the size and some of the little details felt a bit different from what I expected. It’s not awful or anything, and I’m not saying it’s unusable, but I do wish the info had been clearer before I bought it.

It’s a decent enough item overall. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it’s definitely a bit heavier to carry than I thought it would be. That said, it seems to move around well once it’s on the ground

It looks good now that it’s finally put together, but the assembly was more frustrating than I expected. I figured it would be fairly straightforward for the price, but the instructions weren’t very clear and a few pieces didn’t line up easily. It ended up taking a lot longer than I planned. Overall it’s fine once assembled, but I was definitely expecting the setup to be smoother.

Am I the only one who finds this stroller kind of annoying to fold? It looks really nice, but the folding mechanism just isn’t smooth for me. I feel like I have to fight with it most of the time, especially when I’m trying to hurry. For the price, I expected it to be a lot easier.

The products are good, no real complaints there, but I expected better pricing based on how they advertise it. They kind of make it seem like you’re getting a great deal, but in reality the prices still feel a bit high. It’s okay value overall, just not the budget-friendly option I was hoping for.

I ordered something from my-junior.com thinking it would be a straightforward purchase, but the trouble started when I needed to return it. I figured I’d just follow a simple process, send it back, and move on. Instead, I spent way too much time trying to figure out what I was actually supposed to do. The instructions weren’t clear, replies took ages, and I kept having to chase them for updates. Every time I thought someone might finally help, I ended up feeling like I was back at square one. For the price, I really expected the return experience to be much smoother. after dealing with all that, I wouldn’t order from them again

I wasn’t really feeling the look of my-junior.com. The pages feel a bit all over the place, and the colors don’t seem to go together that well. Some sections look outdated too, like the site hasn’t been touched in awhile. First impression wise, it didn’t make me feel super confident about shopping there. Just not a design I liked tbh.

The safety straps feel sturdy, and the wheels lock in place fine, but, the setup was a little confusing. I still found myself double checking everything a couple times, just to feel sure it was all secure

The delivery was really slow, well, not just slow, it took much longer than I expected. I was waiting around for it and it definitely got frustrating.

I had a problem with the stroller and figured the warranty would cover it, but it turned into such a hassle. Support kept asking me for more photos, receipts, extra details, and then weeks passed without any clear answer. It felt like they were just dragging it out hoping I’d stop following up, which... I don’t know. Just really frustrating. I won’t be buying from them again

I really thought my-junior.com was going to be better than it was, I had high hopes going in but once I actually started using it the whole thing felt kind of average and in a few spots the site was confusing and I kept feeling like certain details were either missing or just not explained clearly enough.
Customer support did get back to me eventually, so I’ll give them that, but it wasn’t super quick and I still ended up having to figure some stuff out on my own, it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything but unless they clean things up and make it easier to use I probably wouldn’t bother using it again

I’m let down by how hard this is to steer. It feels stiff and awkward, especially when I’m trying to get around shops or turn through tight corners. Using one hand is basically a no-go, and even on regular pavement it doesn’t roll as smoothly as I expected. I kind of wonder if they focused more on making it look good than actually making it easy to use day to day, because every walk feels more frustrating than it should.

I felt kind of trapped because I had no idea what was going on most of the time. The updates were really poor, and when I did hear something, it didn’t feel very useful. I just wanted clearer communication so I wasn’t left guessing

Overall, I do like the My Junior stroller. It feels sturdy, looks sleek, and delivery went fine with no real drama. I’m always weirdly relieved when a bigger baby item shows up without the box looking like it survived a camping trip, so that was a plus.
The stroller itself has been good, but the accessories were a bit more annoying than I expected. The cup holder was easy enough, but the rain cover and adapter had me second-guessing everything. I thought they’d be more universal and straightforward, but it felt like assembling something from IKEA when you’re already tired and the baby is somehow losing one sock every five minutes.

Customer service did respond, which I appreciate, but it took a few messages back and forth to get things sorted. Nothing terrible, just not the smoothest experience. I’d still say it’s a good stroller, but the accessory situation keeps it from being a higher rating for me. Three stars feels about right.

I tried using the site on my phone it was SUCH a headache. The pages were loading really slowly, the menu kept moving around, and half the time I had to tap the same thing more than once just to get it to respond.

Checkout was even more confusing because some of the buttons were not clear at all, and the whole thing just felt clunky. I ended up giving up after a while. They REALLY need to fix the website.

I was disappointed with this. It felt cheap right out of the box, and then it broke way sooner than I expected. They really should’ve made it sturdier.

The tracking wasn’t much help at all. It made it sound like my order was moving along, but then it barely updated and I had no real idea where the package actually was. The wording was kind of misleading and just made the whole thing more confusing.

It was okay at first and lasted a few months, so I tried to be patient with it, but I don’t love having to wait around and see if something falls apart. Eventually the stitching started getting loose, which was disappointing...
